All items are carefully packaged and insured, and delivered via Registered Post (includes signature on delivery and tracking).

Returns policy

Change of mind

If for any reason you change your mind about an item you can return it in exchange for a store credit. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. Note your item must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer in this case.

Items returned must be received undamaged and in original condition for a store credit to be issued, so the use of registered and insured post is recommended.

Sale items and seconds, however, cannot be returned due to change of mind. 

Items damaged in transit

  1. All items are carefully packaged and insured, and the likelihood of your order being damaged in transit is very low. However, if for any reason you find your item arrives broken (in the case of ceramic pieces), please return it - with its packaging  - to your nearest post office as soon as possible so they can begin accessing the situation.
  2. Email me at immediately and include a photo of the damaged item with its packaging so it can be followed up with the insurer and postal service. 
  3. A full refund will be provided for any items that are deemed to have been damaged in transit. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account. This includes the time required for the postal service and insurer to formally access the damage, and the time taken for the refund to be processed by me, and then your bank.

If you prefer, a store credit or replacement (if possible) can be provided.

Incorrect items

The likelihood of you receiving the wrong item is very low, however if this does happen you will be offered either a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. If you prefer, a store credit can be issued. Return shipping costs for the incorrect item will be reimbursed by me.
